Pro Bono Designs is determined to provide your organization with a quality website that is aesthetically pleasing, easy to navigate, and easy to modify. In essence, we want you to be happy with your website. We'll work with you to achieve this goal. In order to keep both your work and our work to a minimum, we have devised a relatively simple and flexible process of design and development. The following list is a simple explanation of how it works. Don't worry - if we decide to build your organization a website, we'll walk you through it step by step.

1. You sign up.
2. We send you an email either saying "yes, we'll do it," or "no, we're sorry." If we say "yes," the email will contain:
   • information about how to contact us
   • details regarding the initial steps for us to build your website
   • a request for you to begin collecting pictures of your organization in action, along with ideas for the design of your site
3. We make contact via email, phone, and/or in person to discuss your visions of the site.
4. You collect and organize information and pictures about the organization, and pass it on to us.
5. We design the website and send you a picture of it. If you like it, we'll start developing all of the programming to make the website functional, otherwise we go back to the drawing board.
6. We finish designing the website, and email you all of the information for logging into all accounts for managing your website. We also will give you links to tutorials for how to use and update your website.
